A reminder to all that the data entry for the Hospital and Surgical National Antimicrobial Prescribing Survey (NAPS) will be closing on the 30th November this year – please ensure that you complete your data entry by this time.
The NAPS has been in use since 2011 and has helped many Australian health care facilities to assess their antimicrobial prescribing practice. It continues to provide valuable information on the utilisation of antimicrobials within Australia and is endorsed by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care.
If your health service is not already doing so, we strongly urge you to consider participating in the NAPS.
